"Legit" tends to mean two different things when people search it. One is "will I be scammed" — and on that, Trimi behaves like a legitimate business. The other is "is what I am being sold what I think it is", and that is the question worth more of your time.

The five-point check
- Requires a prescription and a clinician review. Yes — Trimi routes intake through a licensed clinician before anything ships. Any seller that does not is the single clearest warning sign in this market.
- Dispenses FDA-approved medication. No — this is a compounded preparation, which the FDA has not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. That is true of most low-cost programmes and is not by itself a mark against them, but you should know it.
- Names its compounding pharmacy. Yes, publicly — which puts Trimi in a small minority of the programmes we track.
